Our Website and Products
Matikus is responsible for this company website and the products it operates. The linked product websites explain their own services, applicable terms, privacy information and, where relevant, the identity of the contractual seller. No purchase is concluded on this company website. Please contact us if you notice an error or need help with one of our products.
External Links
Links to services operated by other organisations, such as Ko-fi and LinkedIn, take you to those providers' websites. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services. A link to a Matikus product on another domain does not remove our responsibility for that product. Nothing in this notice excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contact and Consumer Complaints
For questions or complaints involving Matikus, write to tech@matikus.com and identify the product and issue. Where relevant, include an order reference, but do not send passwords or full payment-card details. Product-specific support and seller information are available on the product website.
For consumer disputes involving Matikus in Madeira, the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo da Região Autónoma da Madeira (CACC RAM) provides information about mediation and arbitration. Its jurisdiction depends on the particular dispute; this is not a statement of membership or an exclusive dispute-resolution arrangement. These options do not restrict your mandatory rights or access to a competent court.
